SunCulture announced their newest product, Mist irrigation, which finally brings irrigation within the budget of millions of farmers across Africa. At only $390 per acre, Mist gives subsistence farmers access to irrigation for the first time ever.

The first Futurepump jamboree, with the help of iDE, was both a celebration of Futurepump's progress and a week of field visits, technical assistance, sales, marketing and training. They also networked with partners and distributors from around the world.
On April 5th 2016, ICU hosted the first of three workshops on PV-integrated irrigation systems in Lebanon and Jordan. The workshop was presented to local farmers and cooperatives; the focus was on the use of solar energy in modern irrigation systems, and how to get subsidized energy credits.
